This convent was established on 14th July 1965 as the Formation house. Rev. Mother Christeena, the Provincial Superior took initiative to begin a house here in 1963. Rev. Fr. Jacob Thevarpadom and Rev.Fr.Issac Kapiarumalayil rendered their selfless services to begin this house. We are very grateful to Rev. Fathers of Loreto Ashram; especially Rev. Fr. Donathus for their spiritual assistance to our sisters from the very beginning of this house from 1967 to 1979 this house was the Provincial house. Now this house is blessed by the presence of our aged sisters. The common cemetery of the province is attached to this convent. The Patron of this house is Immaculate Heart of Our Lady. We have a nursery school and a dispensary with this house.
