On 28th June 1964, this convent was established in Inchathotty, a fully rural areanear the Neriamangalam Forest. Rev. Fr. Jacob Thevarpadom took initiative to start this convent. The Patron of this convent is Mary Immaculate. The first superior was Mother Gerthrude. Our sisters do service in the L.P. school under the Corporate Educational Agency of Kothamangalam.
