It was a necessity of the Province to have a formation house for our candidates in a convenient place. The Provincial Council succeeded in finding a suitable plot at Kozhippilly. Soon the construction was started in 1991 and the building was completed in 1994. Rev. Sr. Sebastina and Rev. Sr. Latha Clare did the supervision work. On March 25th 1995 the convent was blessed by Rt. Rev. Dr. George Punnakkottil. The first superior was Rev. Mother Assuntha and Sr. Little Flower was the Novice Mistress. The C.S.T. priests from Boy's town are of great help to us in administering Sacraments and giving classes to the Formees. This house serves the purpose of a study house for those who study in Ephrem Institute of the diocese. Priests from the Bishop's house help us in many ways especially in celebrating Holy Mass daily.
